Lockout service gets you back into a vehicle when the keys are locked inside, using the proper tools so the door and weatherstripping don't get damaged. Fuel delivery brings enough gas or diesel to get you to a station when you've run out. Both are about getting you moving again without towing the car or breaking anything.
Forcing a locked door with a hanger or a wedge usually costs more in damage than the lockout itself. And running out of fuel on a busy road, or in the heat with no shade, is a situation you want to end quickly. Doing both the right way is faster, cheaper, and safer than the improvised version.
Call when your keys are locked in the car, when the fuel gauge is on empty and the next station is too far, or when you've coasted to a stop. If the car cranks but won't start after running dry, we can check that it's truly just fuel and not something else.
